Premium Boating Shandong are releasing seven different options of infusion molded composite boats in 2026 specialising in premium bay and offshore sport fishing boats from 4.85m through to 7.2m, Steve’s philosophy has always centred on quality, safety, performance, and fuel efficiency. His extensive knowledge of hull design and propeller blade geometries allows him to fine-tune boat and engine combinations for maximum efficiency, smoother ride quality, and superior handling in Australian conditions.
Over decades in the industry, Steve has become widely recognised as the go-to resource for solving difficult boat handling problems, poor-performing hull setups, and incorrect engine-to-boat combinations. His practical experience and real-world testing have helped countless boat owners achieve better balance, improved fuel economy, and safer offshore performance.
Recently, Steve was recruited by Premium Boating Shandong to assist in the marketing of a new range of boats specifically designed to suit the diverse and demanding conditions of Australian waters — from the cooler southern coastlines of Victoria, through the tropical waters of Cairns, and across the harsh offshore environments of Western Australia.
